TechPulse Group Holdings acquires Professional Services provider NodeOne

Acquisition expands TechPulse capability and reach complementing the existing Field Service, Managed and professional service capability of TechForce.
Newbury – September 20th, 2016 – TechPulse, a leader in Channel services and encompassing TechForce, CyberCrowd, ContentWall, BrightPulse, MindPulse and Power IT today announced the acquisition of leading Channel Professional Services organisation NodeOne. The acquisition will provide TechPulse with a wider channel services capability and strong specialisations with vendors such as HP.
Providing market leading skills and services encompassing many of the major vendors but with particular strength in depth around HP and the Aruba Wireless suite of products, Node1 are at the forefront of infrastructure, mobility and wireless services.
NodeOne have experienced rapid growth over the last few years culminating in the acquisition by TechPulse, providing both the platform and senior management support to drive the business forward through its next growth stage.

We are also pleased to announce the recent addition of channel veteran Phil Ward. Phil comes with many years of channel experience and will take on the role of Managing Director of the converged businesses leading them onto their next phase of growth. The existing board of NodeOne shareholders will take up senior positions within the group.
NodeOne provides channel services from highly technical to mass deployment via their team of professional service consultants and engineers. Focused on networking with strong specialisations in particular around Wireless technology and software, they are a leader in their field used regularly by many of the leading Vendors such as HP to complement their internal skills.
